This is a Mappa Burl clamp mount stick holder with space for three sticks and a tuning key. Mappa Burl is the most interesting part of the European Black Poplar tree, and is a rare (and expensive) find. Interesting burl patterns within the relatively straight grain wood provide a beautiful contrasting character. Clear satin lacquer with a tobacco fade accenting the burl patterns is a beautiful combination.
The PDP clamp arm allows it to be mounted on a cymbal stand or any tube near a drum set or percussion instruments, allowing easy access to your sticks/mallets and the key.
One of our Blue LED Guitar Tube Lights can be placed in one of the stick holes, and create a cool blue accent splash. It is an available option below.
