Rich Redmond Signature Series Clamp Mount Stick Holder - RRc26
The Rich Redmond Signature Series is a group of stick holders designed for drummers across the spectrum. Whether you are at a gig, in the studio, or on a big tour, Rich wanted different models of stick holders that could be used and enjoyed by all drummers.
This is one of larger models made from Ebonized Sycamore. It is designed like the stick holder Rich has on his touring kit and holds 7 sticks. Why 7? Because John Hull, Rich's drum tech, said that Rich regularly goes through 7 sticks during a show. Go figure....
The wood is dyed black, then finished in semi-gloss lacquer. The wood grain just slightly visible in the deep black color. And of course it is autographed by Rich.
The DW MG-4 clamp arm mount design allows it to hold 7 sticks and a tuning key anywhere you would like them. The larger stick holder designs are usually mounted to the side of the kit on a cymbal stand or a rack tube. The arm extends the reach and positioning options, allowing for a quick grab if you drop or break a stick.
