This is an unusual piece of Maple Burl, with a highly varying, beautiful grain pattern throughout the wood. The flow from the highly textured live-edges to the smooth, polished heartwood provides an interesting contrast in both texture and color.
The outside live-edge of the piece is stained with a dark mahogany toner, while the heartwood is not colored in any way. A clear lacquer finish is applied to the whole piece, locking in the amazing beauty of this wood.
It holds a single guitar, and has two heavy-duty keyhole hangers on the back, to hang it on the wall.
