This stick bucket is made from the last piece of a redwood stump that we cut to make three drum set side tables; one for our own studio, Todd Sucherman has the second one in his studio (check out the pictures he posts in his studio, and you'll see it to the right next to the floor toms), and the third is reserved for Will Calhoun. So, this piece has some solid drummer family associations.
Live-edges, inclusions, wild grain and coloration patterns, it's got tons of character. No color, tint, or dye on this one; just a clear satin lacquer finish allowing the wood to speak for itself. One of our finest pieces to date!
Plenty of space for sticks, mallets, brushes, etc. One of our Blue LED Guitar Tube Lights is included, providing a tasty blue accent, and making it easy to see when the lights are dimmed down. And there's a spot for your tuning key and a hook for headphones, a towel, or whatever you want to hang for easy access.
Honestly, we have been using this one off and on ourselves for a couple of years, debating whether to let it go. But we know there's a drummer out there that will give it a good home and be inspired to play better because of it. Hope you like it!
