Always looking for new product ideas, drum stick collectors have asked for larger multi-stick holders, and for small desktop displays. We've made a few trays similar to this one, but none quite like it.
The woods of choice - Nicaraguan Cocobolo, inlaid with a center Snakewood/African Blackwood stripe, and side rails made of African Blackwood. These are three of the most expensive woods in the world, and you can see why; there is so much character in this beautiful piece! the finish is simply clear semi-gloss lacquer; no dye or stain needed here.
It holds four sticks, but you might want to only have two just so the wood below is visible. Put it on your desk, collectors shelf, or any spot to show off your collector sticks.
