Two beautiful pieces of Elm burl put together to create this special stand for a clarinet or flute, it is a one of a kind! The bark has been removed, and the light colored sapwood is still intact around the darker red heartwood, with the burl extension out front, and a small piece of burl on top. Clear satin lacquer finishes it on the surface.
It uses a Hercules instrument peg that screws into a threaded insert in the wood, so it can hold either a clarinet or standard flute on one peg, or a piccolo flute on another. Just let us know at checkout which peg you need, and we'll ship the appropriate one.
