Check out this piece of Texas Elm, turned into a nice drum set side accessory table! It measures about 21" X 12", and has plenty of room for a laptop, phone, a craddle for sticks, and other things you may wan to have handy. It mounts on top of a percussion accessory stand (sold separately) with a 7/8" clamp tom mount.
The majority of the wood in this piece is the brightly colored yellow sapwood, with just the 'stripe' of heartwood down the center. You can see the growth rings on the ends of the table. A clear coat of satin polyurethane protects the wood and enhances the beauty of it.
